Pictures not showing up

I have downloaded pictures from my iphone to a folder on my computer.

When I pull the folder up in Homegauge the aren't there.

Has this happened to anyone else had this happen?

  Hi Guy!

  There could be a few reasons for this with different steps to resolve.  Below is the most common one.  Check out the information below and let me know if it helps.

  When looking at the photo panel on the right side of the software. After pointing to your folder, do you see something like the image below?  Showing Number of Pics/Vids = 0 and then below showing Pics/Vids in Folder = 38 (or some number)

  

  If this is the case for you, then follow the steps below to adjust the photo settings to show all your photos. If not, please let me know and we'll go a different route.

  1. With HomeGauge open, go to the side photo panel and click on the pen & paper icon:

  

  2. Click the drop down for "Show Only Pictures From" and make to sure to select Show All then click ok.

  

  3. Your photos should load like normal.

  I did an inspection using the companion and uploaded it to the cloud.  When I downloaded it to my desktop I can't find the location of the pictures.  Where might they be???
