My client has had an RV Inspection previously with agreements and report transmitted through HomeGuage with a different Inspector. When I send emails to her through Homeguage it apparently uses the same username and password. When she goes to Homeguage, she gets her previous report. What I am missing?
This is because that client has a single account within HG. When that is the case, all inspections they've had done in the past will be consolidated on one dashboard, regardless of who their inspector was.
