Address mismatch, please reattempt transaction.
Since we are charged .40 cents even on failed transactions, could you please clarify instructions. Have in bold beside customer information to enter the address where bills or statements are mailed for the credit card they are using. Most of the time, a declination is due to the client entering the address of the home that we are going to inspect. It makes for needless charges when they attempt 4 and 5 times.
