What’s new?

HomeGauge is committed to improving our software. Version 6.2.5 of the HomeGauge Companion for iOS brings back the Find First/Next Unanswered feature and improves loading times and navigation speed when using large templates. The app’s stability has also improved with two known app crashes being resolved.

How do I get the update?

Automatic updates for the HomeGauge Companion for iOS version 6.2.5 will begin rolling out this week, but you can update at any time by going to the App Store and downloading the update manually. You do not need to uninstall the prior version.

How do I report issues?

If you’d like to submit feedback for the app, you can do so in a few ways:

• If you have a question on how to use the app, contact our Support Team at HomeGauge Support Center

• If you experience an app crash, please submit the crash via the app when prompted. If possible, include any information about what action you took prior to the crash to help our team identify the issue.

• If you have general feedback or suggestions on how to improve the app, contact our Product Team at productfeedback@homegauge.com
