Web writer images are cut off when enlarged

In customer view mode of the report on the server, when images are enlarged, the whole image does not show up. The bottom of the image is off the screen. Several months ago I requested a fix to this, suggesting adding a scroll bar to the enlarged image. Once again, I am making the request to add a scroll bar to the enlarged image so the whole image can be viewed. When I take a photo at the inspection, I constantly have to remember to take the photo so the defect(s) are in the top 1/2 to 1/3 of the image. This is an old request and it needs to be given priority!
