AI (artificial intelligence) for home inspectors?

Hey folks.

I've been a HomeGauge user since 2005.  My company has grown and evolved over the years.

Now, in addition to home owning/operating a home inspection company, I am working with an AI company that has software that I think would be helpful to inspectors.

The AI software can do the following with the click of a button:

• Book the inspection
• Set the inspection up in your calendar
• Put the client in the inspector’s CRM
• Notify the inspector of the booking
• Answer questions
• Direct clients/prospects to videos and testimonials
• Send thank you messages 
• Send text/email reminders
• Send the inspection contract
• Send the inspection invoice
• And much, much, more

ALL through artificial intelligence.

Without answering the phone and turning into a salesman immediately.

Without dealing with call centers.

100% automated.

As a 17-year home inspection veteran, I see this as innovative. And I believe it’ll appeal to newer, younger inspectors.

What are your thoughts on this?
