My web writer mobile app won’t sync to the cloud.

Completed my report on the mobile web writer, and now it won’t sync to the cloud.

All it says is “ sync unsuccessful “ try again later.

It’s kind of embarrassing to tell my client that my reporting software is malfunctioning.

This is the second time this has happened. Any recommendations?
