Bugs Resolved
Reported issue: “File write error: There was an error writing a file to your device..”

The mechanism to store the user credentials was changed between versions causing several different errors for users. This is resolved.
Reported issue: “When adding a photo to a comment, the photo and comment appear to be automatically removed from the inspection.”

A change occurred between versions of a program that is used within Web Writer that was not being accounted for properly. This is resolved.
Reported issue: “Sometimes, when syncing data from the Android app, the number of photos assigned to an inspection will decrease, effectively “disappearing” the photos from the inspection.”

The image upload sync has been adjusted to better capture the image sync.
Feature Reminder
In the event that a loss does occur, we your sessions are backed up so you can restore the inspection to a previous state.

How do I get the update?

Press and hold the app icon

Select the “i" icon to get to the App info screen

Select “App details in store”

Select Update in the Google Play store
:warning: Android apps do not automatically remove old data after uninstalls or updates. For best results, clear the app data before accessing the newest version of the app.

Select the “i" icon to get to the App info screen

Select Storage from the Usage section

At the bottom of the screen, select “Clear data”
