Important: and HG Services will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance starting at 5 am on Sunday, April 29th 2018 (EDT). Maintenance is expected to last approximately 2 to 7 hours. During this time all website features will be unavailable including: online scheduling, online report delivery access to the dashboard via software or companion, as well as customer & REP access to reports.

HomeGauge Support Hours of Operation and Holiday Calendar

The HomeGauge Support and Web Teams are in the office Monday through Friday 9:00AM EST - 5:00PM EST.

We typically have a company-wide meeting every Tuesday from approximately 10:00AM EST - 11:00AM EST and may be unavailable during that time.

Additionally, HomeGauge recognizes the following holidays during which the Support and Web Teams will be unavailable:
