Import All Appointments from ISN

Allows an inspector to import all of their ISN appointments into HomeGuage. This will import all past appointments and associated contacts that have not been imported yet.

This is accessible form Account Settings -> HomeGauge Partners -> Enter ISN Access Keys. 

After entering valid keys and enabling the integration by clicking On the Import from ISN button will appear.

Clicking the Import from ISN button will lead to the following page that allows users to import not just their connections but all of their past appointments we can locate in ISN.

This starts a background process that may run for a long time depending on how many appointments may be present. Each time you run this process it fetches all appointments with contacts. Duplicates will be updated but the appointments will be read from ISN.

Add reCAPTCHA to the Downloads Page

We added a reCAPTCHA check to the Downloads page to prevent bits from being able to successfully interact with this page. The reCAPTCHA is a standard Google reCAPTCHA and will present the user with challenges that are intended to be solvable only by a human. The challenge will appear based on rules built into the tool, this challenge will always appear to a user in "Incognito" mode. This also removes the old "BOT check" where we ask for the current year.

Add a Link Making It Easier for Inspectors to Ask for Information About Our Website Services

We will display a link on the Company Profile page to make it easier for inspectors to contact us about getting a new website. If the profile already has a website URL we do not display the message but if they have no website URL entered we display the link. Clicking the link sends a note to our Web Services Team and they contact the inspector.

Now with a URL present.

Use Common Control for Time Editing in Hours of Operation

In Appointments -> Company Settings -> Weekly Hours of Operation we now use the time control we use in other places in the application.

Display a Warning When an Appointment is Scheduled Inside the Configured Travel Time Window

Inpsections companies can now configure a standard travel time (in minutes) in Appointments -> Company Settings -> Standard Travel Time. This time is used when an inspection is saved to warn the scheduler the new appointment does not allow enough time for travel. The appointment can still be saved.

Display a Message to the Buyer/Seller/Owner When they Have Signed the Agreement

Provide an obvious message to the customer (buyer/seleeer/owner) when they have signed the agreement online.

Colors on the Appointment Calendar Are Not Consistent Between Logins

When a multi-inspector firm uses the calendar in the Appointments page the color used for each inspector was not consistent between log ins. We now use a color pallette that is consistent each time you log in. The color selected is based on the inspector so when inspectors leave or are inactivated this will result in changes to the colors. We have a future enhancement for selecting specific colors planned for a future release.

Privacy Policy and Terms of Use Updates

At the end of 2017 we updated our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. These changes include adding the new indemnity language to our sample agreements. 

The Appointments -> Agreement Templates page now has a show/hide box with the long form recommended text and the ability to copy tha tinto the paste buffer with once click. For more information see 

Public Appointment Request Process Includes a "Please Call Me" Button

At any point in the Public Appointment Request process, after we have contact information and a property address, a requester can use a "Please call me instead." button to skip to the appointment confirmation page. A note will be added to the customer comments displayed to the Inspector indicating this request from the customer or REP.
