Troubleshooting: Login Problems

To recover your user name and password:

  1. Go to HomeGauge.com
  2. At the top right corner click the Support dropdown and select Lost Password. Enter your email address (the one associated with HomeGauge) and then click Send Password.
  3. You will be sent an email with your username and password.

You must enable "cookies" for the Sign In to work.

A cookie is a small bit of data that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers to remember you by. You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. (Every browser is different, so check the Help menu of your browser to learn how to enable cookies.)

Safari Mobile (iPhone and iPad)

Settings -> Safari -> Block Cookies -> Always Allow

Preferences -> Privacy -> Block Cookies -> Never

Internet Explorer

  1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button.
  2. Click the Tools button , and then click Internet options.
  3. Click the Privacy tab, and then, under Settings, move the slider to the top to block all cookies or to the bottom to allow all cookies, and then click OK.
