Troubleshooting: Login Problems
To recover your user name and password:
- Go to HomeGauge.com
- At the top right corner click the Support dropdown and select Lost Password. Enter your email address (the one associated with HomeGauge) and then click Send Password.
- You will be sent an email with your username and password.
You must enable "cookies" for the Sign In to work.
A cookie is a small bit of data that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers to remember you by. You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. (Every browser is different, so check the Help menu of your browser to learn how to enable cookies.)
Safari Mobile (iPhone and iPad)
Settings -> Safari -> Block Cookies -> Always Allow
Preferences -> Privacy -> Block Cookies -> Never
- Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button.
- Click the Tools button , and then click Internet options.
- Click the Privacy tab, and then, under Settings, move the slider to the top to block all cookies or to the bottom to allow all cookies, and then click OK.
