If you want to access your previously uploaded reports, you've come to the right place. Follow these simple steps to retrieve the information you need quickly:
The HomeGauge system consists of two essential platforms: the Desktop Software and the Dashboard. These platforms are designed to work together, streamlining both the creation and management of inspection reports.
Functional Overview of HomeGauge Dashboard
The HomeGauge Dashboard serves as a digital workspace for managing your post-inspection workflows. It allows you to publish, share, and organize inspection reports, as well as manage additional documents like agreements and invoices.
Access Inspector Dashboard
Login to Inspector Dashboard
Visit the following link: Sign in to your account
Enter your username and password. Note that your username is specifically assigned by HomeGauge and is different from your general contact email.
Click Sign In.
Locating Your Reports:
Your reports are categorized under My Reports > All Reports.
They are listed by their last updated date for easy access.
Search Reports
On the right side of the Dashboard will be the option Search By: with three options: Address, City, or Zip and the Input Field Search For:
Click the option you would like to search for and then type the data you would like to find into Search For:
Keep your search criteria brief. For example, if you were looking for the address 60 N Market Street, try searching for 60.
