Payments can now be refunded from your HomeGauge Inspector Dashboard. If you need to refund the entire transaction, It is recommended to do so from the dashboard instead of the Payments Portal. Refunding from the Dashboard will update the associated invoice to be unpaid. For Instructions on refunding payments from your dashboard, visit Inspector Dashboard: Refunding Online Payments.
Warning: Refunding a Payment using the following method will not update the paid invoice on your dashboard. You will need to email support@homegauge.com if you would like the paid invoice removed from your inspector dashboard. Please indicate the property address, inspection date and refund amount in your email.
Continue with these instructions only If you need to refund a partial payment. It is recommended to refund full amounts from your Inspector Dashboard. Find the Instructions in Inspector Dashboard: Refunding Online Payments.
