Resolved Issues
Inspectors using Schedule Now were experiencing a surge in appointments submitted by Real Estate Professionals without including customers. An issue stemming from a backend glitch had made the customer field optional when it should have been required. We resolved this issue earlier in November through an off-cycle release.

Features
Date Clarity on Inspection Cards: The date associated with inspection cards is now labeled "Last Document Update" to avoid confusion on the Customer Dashboard. This made it easier to discern when the latest document was uploaded, reducing the need for additional inquiries.
