Payments & report access
Turning off “Require Payment to View Documents” now works as expected. When you uncheck it, clients get immediate access to their report — previously the requirement could stick and keep clients locked out. Invoice status also now displays correctly as either “Not required” or “Pay to view” to match your setting.
The HomeGauge Payments application page now directs you to our support team at support@homegauge.com (chat or email) for questions about Payments or your application.
The report sign-in link now points to account.homegauge.com, so clients land in the right place to access their report.
Reliability
Fixed an error that could return a 500 and block inspectors from loading the HomeGauge dashboard in certain payment-record states.
Fixed a crash that could stop the appointment services page from loading after services were removed from a service group.

Polished the inspector navigation hover highlight to match the Classic experience.
