Bug Fixes

Payments & report access

  • Turning off “Require Payment to View Documents” now works as expected. When you uncheck it, clients get immediate access to their report — previously the requirement could stick and keep clients locked out. Invoice status also now displays correctly as either “Not required” or “Pay to view” to match your setting.

  • The HomeGauge Payments application page now directs you to our support team at support@homegauge.com (chat or email) for questions about Payments or your application.

  • The report sign-in link now points to account.homegauge.com, so clients land in the right place to access their report.

Reliability

  • Fixed an error that could return a 500 and block inspectors from loading the HomeGauge dashboard in certain payment-record states.

  • Fixed a crash that could stop the appointment services page from loading after services were removed from a service group.

Visual Updates

  • Polished the inspector navigation hover highlight to match the Classic experience.
