Housemaster is a Home Inspection Franchise that has their own version of the HomeGauge Software. The Housemaster versions of HomeGauge Desktop and Companion are designed to connect to Housemaster Cloud Servers for Report Uploads and Cloud transfers instead of the HomeGauge Dashboard. This article will explain how to get started with the Housemaster Software.
Installing Housemaster Desktop Software
Once your Franchise owner has contacted us to add you to their company, you will need to download and install the Housemaster Software. Since Housemaster has specific software for their Franchise, you will download the software directly from Housemaster. Installing Housemaster Companion App
Housemaster also has its own version of the HomeGauge Companion.
The Housemaster Companion App is only available for Android Devices.
Click the button below and follow the instructions provided by Housemaster to install the Housemaster Companion for Android:
Logging In With HMA Username and Password
Housemaster will provide you with a Username and Password to use for logging into your Desktop software and Companion. If you have lost or forgotten your Housemaster Login Credentials, reach out to Housemaster Support to reset them.
HomeGauge Support does not have access to Housemaster Login Information.
Log In to Housemaster Desktop Software
Open the Software by clicking the HMAHomeGauge Icon located on your computer's desktop.
Click Internet Services -> HomeGauge Username and Password
Enter the credentials that were provided by Housemaster and check the box to Always Remember Password, then click "OK".
Log In to Housemaster Companion
Open the Housemaster Companion app on your Android device.
Click the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
Navigate to HG Services -> Username and Password
Enter the same credentials that you received from Housemaster and check the box to Remember Me, then click Ok.
Get Appointments from ISN
Connect your ISN account to Housemaster HomeGauge for the ability to download your appointments directly from ISN to your Desktop Software or Companion app.
Click Internet Services -> ISN Access Key
Find your ISN Company Key, ISN Access Key, and Secret Key on your ISN account.
Enter the information into the Housemaster HomeGauge software and click OK.
You will now be able to download appointments on either the Desktop software or Companion app under HG Services -> Download Online Appointments
