How to Generate Reports from HG Payments

For example, you can view a detailed breakdown of fees and payouts directly from the Payments dashboard, offering transparency into financial transactions.

  1. Click on Admin > Reports > Create Reports in the side navigation menu.

  2. You can select the report you want to generate in the top drop-down.

  3. Depending on the report, you may be allowed to generate a Quick Report or one that includes all date data. Select one of those options. Note: not all reports offer this option.

  4. Select a date range for the report. You may also click on Advanced Filters to narrow the report to specific criteria.

  5. Once you have you have your filters set, click Generate Report. The report may take several moments to display.

  6. After the report has been generated, you may download the report by clicking the . CSV or. XLS buttons.

    To correctly display .csv or .xls files, you need spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or something similar.


Fee and Payout Breakdown from the Payments Dashboard

For a detailed view of your fees and payouts:

  1. Open your Payments dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Payouts section.

  3. Select a specific payout.

  4. Click Payout Details.

In this section, you’ll find:

  • A list of transactions that comprise that payout.

  • A breakdown of fees related to each transaction and the overall payout.

This feature provides transparent visibility into financial information, enabling better financial management.


Accessing Tax Documents (1099-K)

To access and download your 1099-K tax documents:

  1. Log in to the Payments dashboard on the HomeGauge Payments website.

  2. Navigate to the Admin tab on the left-hand menu.

  3. Select Reports.

  4. In the Tax Documents section, locate the 1099-K for the year you need. Click the year and download the document.
