Customer Dashboard: Editing Account Information

Homebuyer or home seller account creation for customers of HomeGauge inspectors is automatic. When your inspector uploads a pre-inspection agreement or inspection report, you will receive an email containing a user name and password that has been generated for you. You have full control over this information. You can change the user name, password and more.

Editing Your Info

  1. Login to account.homegauge.com. Locate your login info from a notification email from your inspector. If you can't locate your login information, you can reset your password here.

  2. From your home screen, locate your name in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Hover over your name and select My Account.

  4. From this page edit the info that you wish changed.

  5. Scroll to the bottom and click Submit.
