Customer Dashboard: Understanding the User Interface

This article describes the features of the Customer Dashboard and how to navigate its menus.

Every HomeGauge user has a personalized Dashboard with information about their inspectors and reports. When you log in, you will see the My Inspections page by default.

Your Customer Dashboard has several sections you can navigate. To access each of these sections, click your name at the top right corner of the page, then select an option from the dropdown menu:

My Inspections

Click My Inspections at any time to return to your report list. This is the main page where you can see all addresses that have documents shared with you by your inspector.

My Inspectors

Click My Inspectors to view the names, email addresses, and links to leave a rating for any inspector you have worked with. We encourage you to leave your inspectors a rating with a comment about your experience.

My Account

Click My Account to change your username, password, and basic information on file. When you make changes to your account information, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

My Offers

Click My Offers to view customized discounts on moving services, home security, and more services for home buyers and home owners.

Privacy Center

Click Privacy Center to view our Privacy Policy and opt in or out of any Home Buyer Plus services.

Log Out

Click Log Out to sign out of your HomeGauge Customer Dashboard when you are finished viewing your reports.
