We provide the option to customize the picture size in your reports according to your preferences. By default, pictures in a report are set to Medium size. But it's effortless to modify this setting to match your requirements. Here's how you can do it:
- Add a photo to the report, or double-click a photo that has already been added to bring up the edit window.
- Click Edit Default Tool Settings.
- At the top of the next screen, you will see the current default size of your photos. Click the current default size to see the drop-down menu. Select the size you prefer here.
- Click OK. You will still have to modify the photo which you are working on to the appropriate size, then click OK. All future photos you add to the report will use the size you chose in the default settings. Note: If you created your report on the HG Companion, the change will not apply until the next report.
Note: While it may be tempting to use larger pictures if you are using the default HTML Web Presentation format for your reports, the customer can click any image to enlarge. Thus, to save space, it is ideal to use Medium for your report. It creates a cleaner report with fewer pages and page breaks.
